Join us for a flavorful luncheon where you’ll feast on food for thought and uncover practical time management techniques perfectly tailored for freelancers. This engaging event promises to propel productivity and foster personal well-being, setting the stage for success in both work and life.

Your ticket includes a savory box lunch, including sides assembled by Grandma’s Catering. Choose from the following:

1) Classic Vegan Salad – Spinach, hummus, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, red onion, sesame seeds, red kidney beans, and sliced pepperoncinis, served with citrus vinaigrette on the side.
2) Smoked Turkey & Cheddar on White – Sliced turkey, cheddar cheese, lettuce, and tomato on Grandma’s freshly baked bread. Served with chipotle mayo on the side, assorted chips, small made-from-scratch pasta salad, and coleslaw.

About this month’s presenter:
Amy Schield, MBA, is a time management and productivity coach for small business owners and solopreneurs. Using a mix of simple tactics and neuroscience-based strategies, she helps clients manage their time successfully, set and achieve goals for business growth, and navigate the mental and emotional side of owning and running a small business. Acting as a personal trainer for the brain, she teaches her clients how to get more done in less time so that they can make more money.
